Battic Door® attic stair cover kits meets 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018 International Energy Conservation Code (used in all 50 states and most jurisdictions), Energy Star, and 2012 International Green Construction Code! 2009 IECC Section R403.2.3 and 2012, 2015, 2018 IECC Section R402.2.4 reads: "Access hatches and doors - Access doors from conditioned spaces to unconditioned spaces (e.g., attics and crawl spaces) shall be weatherstripped and insulated to a level equivalent to the insulation on the surrounding surfaces."

Pull down cord - measure length and width of the hinged door (between trim).
